Anchor's Brekle's Brown, is a classic all-malt, single-hop brown ale. According to their website, Anchor's brewing team has blended a unique selection of roasted malts, inspired by the all-malt brown ales in Anchor's brewing archives, giving Brekle's Brown a deep coppery brown color and its unusual depth of flavor—richness and complexity without heaviness. They've also used a single, American hop variety called Citra. It's floral notes complement the maltiness of Brekle's Brown nicely.
