Peak Organic Winter Session Ale - Week of 2/13/12

If you're really into the organic lifestyle, you'd be surprised to find a wide array of breweries using ingredients from certified organic farms. That means that all of the barley, wheat and hops are free from all fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Peak Organic is a Maine-based brewery that prides itself on it's organic ingredients. Their Winter Session Ale is an American Dark Wheat Ale. It's very smooth and drinkable and at 5%abv it truly earns it's "session beer" name.
