Staropramen Lager - Week of 7/18/11



Pronounce this one right (STAR-oh PRAH-men) or just ask for a "Star-o" next time you find yourself in the Czech Republic and you'll be treated to a smooth, flavorful and completely authentic Czech Pilsener.  No time to fly out to Eastern Europe? Do the next best thing and head down to the East Village in New York for some great homemade Polish or Czech food. (Klimat on 7th avenue is my favorite).  Staro tastes great by itself, but drink it with some peroges or stuffed cabbage... maybe even a goulash and you'll swear you're sitting in the Old Town Square in Prague. Na zdravi!
