I was luck enough to talk to Geoff Dale, head brewer for Three Heads, on Friday's show. If you missed it, we were talking about their unique core lineup of beers.  The Skunk Black IPA is a great example of how Three Heads has decided not to play it safe by offering the usual boring lineup of styles.  Skunk looks like a dark brown ale or stout, but is actually a smooth drinking IPA.  The roasted malts are expertly matched against just enough hop bitterness to make this one drinkable beer that you won't soon get bored of.
