This week's beer was hand crafted with help from Half Time's own beer guru, Matt! Sierra Nevada hosts a beer camp, where a handful of folks that are in the beer industry in some form or another are invited to the brewery to help create a batch of beer. Members receive VIP treatment with in depth tours of Sierra Nevada’s brewhouse, hop and barley fields, cellars, hop room, Quality Assurance lab, and packaging areas.  It truly is an all access experience, but all of that pales in comparison to when the members of each Beer Camp get to brainstorm and create a unique beer for limited production! Matt's team came up with batch #89 called "A Fistful of Hops". We haven't even had a chance to sample this one yet, so be sure to chat up Matt on tasting notes while getting your growler filled!
