It comes with great sadness to
announce this, but I have decided to go back to school to pursue my
Masters Degree. Words cannot express how much I am going to miss this
job! I mean, seriously, how many jobs are there where you can call your
boss a "douchebag" and not get fired?? Although I may not miss
getting up at 3am, I will definitely miss meeting the listeners and
talking to you guys every morning. I'll miss hearing Wild Man John's
stories, One-A-day's criticism and lame jokes, Happy Friday guy, hearing
from Obsessive Rob and of course the Blah! Blah! Blah! guy . Likewise, I
am sure you guys will miss hearing me say stupid crap, mispronounce at
least one word a day and having your alarm clock go off to me saying
"YARMUKLE" or "SHUDDUPA!". It was an honor to be a
part of your morning routine; I'll never forget all the friends I made
through WRRV. My mornings will be a little bit quieter, but I'll still
be with you except I'll be a listener now...like I was back in middle
school--daaaamn, Boris is old! Boris, Simon, Gilmore and Schwenker- You
guys have made my time here amazing! I want to thank each one of you
making me part of the WRRV family. It's been a milestone in my life to
work with you guys, you've taught me to have confidence in myself, yet
at the same time not to take myself too seriously. I will miss you all
more than you can imagine!!! ? Thanks again to all the listeners and
everyone at Cumulus! It's been amazing and I will miss you all!
