This week's beer comes from the Ithica Beer Company.  It's a Red Ale that packs a hops and alcohol punch!  Since the weather's warmed up, we've been focusing on lighter, more drinkable beers over the past few weeks.  I think it's about time we get back to something with a little more octane.  At 7% ABV, this one will do nicely.  A Red Ale isn't traditionally this high in alcohol, but the heat from the high ABV is put into check nicely with the extra hoppiness in this beer.  It's a little dry side, but certainly drinkable... almost dangerously so.  Proceed with caution, and give the Cascazilla a try this week.  As always, let me know what you think on Facebook and Twitter.  Cheers!
