This week's beer comes to us from England.  Hobgoblin is an English brown ale that has those distinctive tastes of malt, caramel and toffee.  Theres a very light hop bite, too, that's rounded out with some sweet raisin flavor... This is a great example of a traditional English Brown and is a must try if you've never had one before.  I would probably match this with a platter full of red grapes, walnuts and some mild cheeses.  Cheers!
