It's been a tough road for those of us who fell in love with Three Heads' beers at TAP-NY.  Up until now, it's been difficult to find their amazing beers anywhere in the Hudson Valley.  I'm happy to report that's all changed.  In fact, this week I was able to get their most elusive and delicious Ontario Coast IPA as our beer of the week.  This is a Belgian IPA, which means once your pour it into a glass you'll see it's cloudy, golden color and  instantly smell that Belgian yeast aroma, letting you know this is more than your average IPA. This beer is pretty complex, but very drinkable.  The Belgian IPA category is fairly new and many brewers have interpreted it in different ways.  This one leans more towards a Saison with a nice hop bite and at 7.5% abv, this one does pack a little bit of a punch. They really took their time to work this one out, you won't be disappointed.
