He'Brew Genesis Dry-Hopped Session Ale - Week of 1/30/12

This week, be one of the first to witness the evolution of He'Brew Genesis.  A whole new recipe for 2012 turns this Amber Ale into a Dry-Hopped American Pale Ale.  Dry Hopping is the practice of introducing fresh hops into the beer during the final stages of fermentation.  The Hops don't add much bitterness at this point, but they do add loads of flavor and aroma. For those of you whol love the taste of hops but don't necessary like the bite, this one is a must try.  Too new to be rated by Beeradvocate, you're going to have to trust your own instincts on this one.  L'Chaim!
