From the Thruway (Rt 87):
Take exit 18 and make a right on Rt. 299 East. At the end, make a
right onto Rt. 9W South. Look for signs for the Mid-Hudson
Bridge. Take the bridge over the Hudson River and make a right
onto Rt. 9. Stay to the left and get on Rt. 9 North.
Continue until you see Marist College. Turn right on Fulton Street (across from Marist
College main entrance). Continue all the way on Fulton St. until you come to the end.
Make a right onto Violet Ave (Rt. 9G). At the first light, make a left onto Pendell Rd.
WRRV is located in the radio complex on your right.

From I-84:
Take exit 13 (Rt. 9 North). Continue North until you see Marist
College. Turn right on Fulton Street (across from Marist
College main entrance). Continue all the way on Fulton St. until you come to the end.
Make a right onto Violet Ave (Rt. 9G) At the first light, make a left onto Pendell Rd.
WRRV is located in the radio complex on your right.

WRRV General Contest Rules

and promotions
| Only one prize
will be awarded to an individual during any 30 day period.
Once a prize has been awarded, that person cannot win again for 30
days. Once a prize has been awarded, it will not be exchanged for another
prize. In the case of a qualify-to-win
contest, a listener may only qualify to win one time and all Grand Prize
winners are selected at random from valid entries.
There may be more than one method of entry for a qualify to win
contest. For any major promotion running more than 30 days, a listener may
only win or qualify to win one time.
All contest winners must be 18 years or older. All winners are
required to show a valid form of ID to claim their prize. Some prizes MUST
be picked up at our main office on Pendell Road in Poughkeepsie.
Winners have 30 days to claim their prize.
After 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.
Some prizes are time sensitive, such as concert tickets.
If these prizes are not claimed in time for the event, WRRV will
not exchange them for tickets to another show or another prize.
Any taxes, gratuities or additional expenses incurred by claiming
or using the prize awarded are the responsibility of the winner.
WRRV reserves the right to request the signing of a release form or
tax forms. Some
contests may have special requirements, specifications or other rules.
WRRV management may substitute prizes based on availability, cancel a
contest or promotion or alter these rules at any time.
By calling our studio line (845 451-9778), the listener grants WRRV
permission to either air their call live or record their call and play it
back at a later time. No
purchase is required to enter or participate in contests on WRRV or at
station appearances. Decisions pertaining to contests made by WRRV
management are final. Employees
of the Cumulus Media Group and their families, affiliated companies,
client sponsors and their families are not eligible to win contests
conducted by WRRV. |
